Getting Started FAQ
Adding employers can be done using three different methods. Walk through the steps in our video to see how to add employers, or read the tutorial here.
For Bulk Imports:
Access our Employers Template here. Please make a copy and fill out both the Employers Tab and the Employer Contact tab before emailing it back to us. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
For Employer Self-registration:
Employers have the ability to self-register with the WBL Hub to provide opportunities for students. Learn more and self-register here.
Adding Employers
Adding students can be done using two different methods, one by one or bulk import. Walk through the steps in our video to see how to add students, or read the tutorial here. When adding Students one by one, on the Enrollment tab of the new student form, add School Name to SIS School field.

Adding Students
The Jobready WBL mobile app is now available to make managing work-based learning easier. With the app, students can:
- Clock in/out and log daily activities, with location tracking for accuracy.
- Sign pending forms directly.
- View, upload, edit, and delete pay stubs.
- Manage work logs and check their status.
- Upload or remove required documents assigned by work-based learning coordinators.
While some features are optimized for mobile use, others are still best accessed via the web.
Students can scan the QR code to download the app from the App Store or Google Play to get started.
